This Refund Policy is issued by QBIK HOST LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Qbik Host", "we", "us"). We want you to feel confident starting with Qbik Host. Here's exactly when you can get your money back, and when you can't.
If you sign up for a new Starter, Business, or Growth plan and it's not right for you, request a refund of the hosting fee within 14 calendar days of your purchase — no need to justify it, though we're always glad to hear why. Email hello@qbik.host with your invoice number and we'll process it to your original payment method within 5 business days. This guarantee covers the hosting fee only; domains and add-ons are handled separately (see Section 3).
Once a renewal invoice is paid and the new billing period has started, that charge isn't refundable. You can cancel a plan at any time before it renews from your client area, which stops the next invoice from being generated in the first place — see Section 7 for how.
A few things are excluded from the 14-day guarantee and from refunds generally, no matter when you ask: domain registrations, transfers, and renewals (the registry fee isn't recoverable once we pay it), domain privacy add-ons, paid SSL certificates once issued, dedicated resources once provisioned, and custom or quoted work (like a bespoke Growth-plan design project) once we've started on it.
If something on your invoice looks wrong, talk to us first — most billing questions get sorted out the same day. Opening a chargeback with your bank before contacting us can lead to your account being suspended while we investigate, and we may pass on any chargeback fee charged to us by our payment processor.
If your account is suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, you're not entitled to a refund for the current billing period, even if you're still inside the 14-day window.
Refunds are returned in the currency you originally paid in, through Stripe. We don't cover currency-conversion differences or your bank's own fees. Card refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancel any time from your client area: go to your service, choose Cancel, and pick either immediate or end-of-period cancellation. Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't automatically refund anything already paid — if you're within the 14-day window and want that fee back, email us as described in Section 1.
For anything about a refund, invoice, or cancellation, email hello@qbik.host and we'll help you sort it out. QBIK HOST LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Registered address: [to be added].
