This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all customers of QBIK HOST LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Qbik Host", "we", "us"), and to anyone using our services through a customer account. It explains what you can't do with Qbik Host hosting and domains, and what happens if you do.
Some things simply aren't allowed on our infrastructure, regardless of plan: child sexual abuse material (we report this to the relevant authorities immediately), content that incites violence or terrorism, malware or phishing pages, pirated or cracked software, and material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy. We remove this on sight and don't provide advance warning.
Beyond specific content, some patterns of use aren't compatible with shared infrastructure: sending unsolicited bulk email or running open mail relays, scanning or attacking systems that aren't yours, running cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-heavy background processes, using your hosting purely as file storage or a video/torrent server unrelated to a website, and running open proxies or Tor exit nodes. Gambling and adult content are only permitted where fully legal in your jurisdiction and with our prior written approval.
Shared and Starter/Business plans run on a fair-share basis — your usage shouldn't degrade the service for other customers. If an account sustains unusually high CPU, memory, or database load, we'll typically reach out first, then throttle the offending process, and only suspend the account if the pattern continues after we've flagged it.
Outbound email is rate-limited by plan. You're responsible for setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on any domain you send from, and for your own sender reputation — if an account generates spam complaints or lands on blocklists, we may pause outbound mail while we sort it out together.
Use a strong, unique password on your client area, keep any CMS or software you run up to date, and avoid sharing login credentials — use separate accounts for collaborators instead. If we detect your account has been compromised, we may temporarily suspend it while you regain control, to protect both you and other customers on shared infrastructure.
If you believe content hosted on our infrastructure infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@qbik.host with a description of the work, the URL where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized. We review valid notices promptly and will remove access to the material while the matter is resolved. If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can reply with an explanation and we'll take another look.
To report spam, phishing, malware, or any other violation of this policy, email hello@qbik.host with as much detail as you can — URLs, screenshots, timestamps — and we'll investigate.
For serious issues — active attacks, malware distribution, child exploitation material — we suspend the account immediately, without prior notice. For less severe issues, we'll usually contact you first and give you a chance to fix it. Suspensions don't come with a refund of prepaid fees. If you think an account was suspended unfairly, email hello@qbik.host within seven days and we'll review it.
We may update this policy from time to time as our services or the risks we see evolve. Meaningful changes will be posted here with a new date, and for significant changes we'll also let active customers know by email. QBIK HOST LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
